Bank OZK recently updated their banking app and my husband could not get into it. He ended up riding out to the nearest location to get assistance. That location is the Lincolnton, NC branch. They were really busy assisting other customers as this was an app issue and not just a user issue. Tyler Melvin, one of the banking center’s managers, was so patient and spent a lot of time with my husband and got him back in business. He is an asset to Bank OZK.
When I moved to Nc this was my first choice for my banking needs! Glad I didn't choose any other bank.
