Can't get help at all from the actual location at all. You call the number and you talk to this stupid computer that doesn't understand anything. Then, they transfer you to someone not in the branch you're trying to reach. Businesses cutting cost in every direction ruining the customer experience.
The lady that handles the accounts at the Military rd location in Benton is very unprofessional. She said she would call me back to help resolve a situation. 2 weeks later on a Friday night my debit card was shut off. I deposit a substantial amount every 2 weeks to now not have access to my money until Monday. I will never use bank ozk again. I highly recommend no one else use them either.
