Carmen, was very helpful with my transaction. I also needed a new debit card, I was able to also get the card doing my transaction. Very pleasant person.

The Employees at the Dallas location are amazing, every single one has a great personality as well as care for the customers. I have been with OZK for several years now and I have never been more happy with a bank. Inuse them both personally and for my business.
