Whitney at Bank OZK was amazing when I opened up a checking account. She was super friendly, informative, and extremely patient as I was having issues with my debit card/getting funds from another financial institution. Wonderful customer service!
Just opened a savings account there. It is a pretty good interest rate for just a savings account. Management was incredibly informative. Five stars for customer service and attention to detail. I look forward to a long banking future with them.
