They're always so incredibly nice here. They know what they're doing and have a lot of knowledge as to what kind of accounts you should get and how to help you build your credit and reach your financial goals. Chyenne helped me and she was one of the nicest, most kind people I have ever met. You don't see that much these days. I enjoyed talking to her and she was quick and thorough. This is the spot. Also they have a monthly 25,000 giveaway if you deposit 250.00 or more into your savings account. You can't beat that.
When my wife and I bought our home in Hot Springs Village in 2018, we were pleased to see that there was a Bank Ozk branch just down the hill from the West(Main) Gate on Hwy 7. We have used the branch for both personal and business banking services and could not be happier! Both Jamie and Cheyenne, the customer service bankers that we normally deal with, are both very friendly, courteous, knowledgeable and eager to help us with any banking services we might need. I accidentally wrote a check out the wrong account I intended to write it out of. This would have made me way overdrawn. Jamie Hudson called me and let me know so I could fix the situation and not be overdrawn. That was above and beyond and I appreciate that greatly!
