Awesome place
Purchased a new camper & the dealership chose Bank OZK to finance. WORST BANK EVER! The online system is not user friendly. There is no option to make a principal only payment. So I call the 800 number & they don't understand what a principal only payment is. I physically drive to the bank & the teller is nice & tells me just come there & they will handle it. I don't always want to drive to pay a bill but whatever. Then I later review my account to see she did NOT apply it to the principal only. Do yourself a favor & stay aw... read more
The ATM is "out of order" just about every time I need it.
I love bank ozk BUT it hasn't felt the same in a year or 2. When I want to talk business with my bank, I like to go in and talk to someone but you never can anymore. Discussing certain things like mortgages or anything should be done in person. You are making a big decision and there are lots of things to go over before even applying. A phone call feels rushed in these situations. I want to sit down and talk to someone I trust to have my best interest in mind..give me pointers and steps to take.
