awful bank they are crap don't use them
The bank of ozarks in rome ga is awful. My daughter got behind 89.00 dollars during this pandemic and called them a week ahead of time to tell them it would be the 24th of April before she could pay the main branch number wanted to work with her and had her call her local bank to be told sorry for luck. So today she tried to go back down to pay the money she owed and open an account and they can't take money orders they said. But she opened the account in the beginning with a money order.
