Great people willing to go the extra mile. Something other companies should take note of since most companies have forgotten what customer service is. Their online service and phone app are ok, but still need some work.
Don't bother calling. They are not lending right now!!!! I was interested in interest rates, but theirs must be zero!?!? Never heard of a bank that's not interested in trying to make some money. Why even advertise or furthermore..why even exist.
