This bank has been by far the best banking experience I have ever had! All of the employees know me by name and greet me when I walk in. Sergio helped me with opening my account and made the process very easy. Shelby is always very pleasant and friendly and is always so helpful with helping me understand things with my account. I refer them to everyone I know looking to open an account!
Worst banking experience of my life, I would rather keep my money in my mattress then deal with Bank OZK again. Specifically a ‘woman’ named Pam was a nightmare to deal with. I would advise any of my friends or family far away this bank. The other 1 star reviews with similar experiences is not surprising. 6 year client but today I closed my account on the spot due to their ineptitude.
This branch sucks!! They seem to have a power trip problem. I have never had a hold on any of my deposits at any other branch. But the two deposits I make here Shelby seems to think there needs to be a 7 day hold. When she says its a personal check I said that never made a difference before she comes up with some other bs. Avoid this branch.
