I really love banking with Bank of the Ozarks, especially the Pointer Trail branch in Van Buren Arkansas! They have a great staff with Baylee, Kayli, and Destini! These ladies are so nice, courteous and professional and they will go out of their way to make you feel like a valued customer! Teresa is always great and honest bank OZK in Van Buren off of pointer trail is the best one in the area!!
If possible I would give a zero star. I was with them for over 25 years. Within the last couple of years, I have been shafted out of service including my safe deposit box. They are constantly raising prices for fees and less customer services. Management has changed multiple times in that bank, I feel like it's a Democrat based bank.
