Ashley at this branch is rude. I needed help unlocking my account and was passed around by different tellers. I will say the branch manager Suzanna ? was very helpful. Issue was resolved thanks to her. Ashley did not call to update me before they closed. I did not expect quick service but just an update to make sure I was not forgotten about before the weekend.
The branch manager is a liar and a not a very nice word DO NOT use this place they do not know what they are doing and are basically threatening to "loose our tax return in the mail" after they closed our account without warning.
Worse bank we have ever used! Suzanne is by one of the worse Bank managers I’ve ever dealt with and has messed up our account so much that our accounts could be closed out! Not to mention the amount of money we trusted them with and now this, I’m so done with dealing with it! Learn your job and don’t make excuses and tell me that they just threw you in there and it’s their fault you didn’t know! Take responsibility!
Where did all of the GOOD people go? Michelle, Beth, Chanda etc. If I could give this place a minus it would be that. The professionalism is non existent. I hope this Branch gets better soon.
