Needed to update ID, gave the window clerk my license, he said it’ll just take a second. Then he proceeded to assist 3 drive thru commercial customers while we’re waiting…almost 10 minutes later, we asked what the hold up was, he got an attitude! I’m not even remotely impressed with Bank OZK.
Not a customer but I felt I needed to share my very positive experience with Bank OZK (A local bank that I had never heard of). We are staying at a local RV park and needed to find some quarters for the laundry. Bank OZK was the first bank we saw and decided that we would ask if they would exchange our bills for coins even though we were not customers.
