I don’t know why, especially in a profession like banking that the banking tellers aren’t more friendly and try to make their customers feel appreciated instead of being condescending and combative. Disappointed in bank OZK because of this issue.
Nasty rude people.
We had a minor disagreement, but we pulled together and we are still friends. I recommend these folks. They are good people.
Got to say a month ago this location was looking a little rough, landscaping wise. Mr Ben and his landscaping crew has done a excellent job bringing back the curbside appeal that a bank should have. 10/10 would recommend the bank and Mr Ben.
