Amazing bank highly recommend needed to open a bank account and Ms Lottie fulton she was so kind and helpful best bank in Valdosta in my opinion :)
I've been with them since they took over Park Avenue Bank. I've never had a problem with them, and there are some very nice tellers downtown.
Well I love my bank I love all the staff that's there they are very on point and they love their customers and I love them they always helping and anything that you need they are there to service you and that's what they do they get the job done
Stopped to use the ATM at this location and payed a $3.50 convenience fee. When I asked for change at the window, for two $10 bills, the lady was very rude and short with me and said they do not offer services for any non-account holders. After telling her that I just stopped use the ATM she responded with “yeah, no.” And was very rude about it. I would not recommend this location or this banking company considering the level of service I received.
