This OZK branch is the best , all the employees are so knowledgeable, helpfull and have the best coumstomer service skills I have ever received at a bank everyone in our family use this location and all agree ! They totally go above and beyond for there customers!!
I am a new customer at Bank OZK on Baytree Rd. Before becoming a customer I had been recommended from friends to go to Bank OZK. Upon entering the bank Andra Prather welcomed me and helped me open an account. Andra made me feel so welcomed and we got talking and I expressed my passion I have for golf, well she remembered what we discussed and called me to ask if I would play in the Chamber golf tournament as part of Bank OZK team. I have used Bank OZK for years and recently had alittle hiccup and forgot to do something I was supposed to do, Nakia went out of her way to help me get the problem resolved quickly. She went as far as coming to my work place on her lunchbreak to help me. Customer Service is Amazing!! Thank you guys so much
The Bank Ozk on Baytree Rd in Valdosta has excellent customer service. They are always pleasant and very helpful. I have banked with them for a very long time and have no intentions of ever leaving!!
Firstly, I’d like to say that I’d like to see a response from Bank of Ozarks. I see they’ve responded to kudos in the past. My experience with Bank of Ozark on Baytree in Valdosta was horrible and I’d like to know how and if the way I was treated is legal. Firstly, im a law abiding citizen.
