My wife and I had wonderful customer service today at two locations in Frisco. We arrived at the Preston location at a busy time, and rather than make us wait, Emily arranged for us to be seen immediately at the Lebanon road location. Maggie met us at the door there, and resolved our issue quickly and professionally. It was so refreshing to have such warm customer service.
I have been a customer of this branch since 3 yrs. Have always received great customer service. Staff and manager both are very co-operative & responsive !! Would continue to bank with them !
