I needed a cash advance on a debit card to withdraw a large sum of money from my online bank that doesn't have branches. Not only were they able to help me, they took the time to research the question and solve the problem. Excellent customer service!
This bank is inconceivably slow with its processing of checks. We are not members and with the process of this bank, we won’t ever become members.
We came in and banker got started working with us, but as soon as she started she proceeds to say “I have another customer” ??? Incredibly slow process just to simply cash a check. I would not recommend.
This is the worst branch of what is a pretty good bank. Went to make a deposit today of $61.35. Waited in an empty drive thru for 19 minutes to be told that because my deposit contained $4.35 in loose change that she was unable to take it because they don't have a coin counter. I informed her that I rolled everything that could be rolled and that I have never had an issue at any other branch. I then just asked for the deposit back. She then finally made the deposit.
