I moved from Wells over 2 years ago. The whole team at Bank OZK is terrific!
Pretty much tired of the big banks. Decided to go with Bank OZK for my personal and then business account. I can speak with a banker, Parisa and Magaly right away. The tellers (Andrew and Emily) know my name. And they don’t treat you as just another account.
Best branch.. hands down. Love andrew.. my guy... amongst the ladies there. Always a pleasure to work with. Magaly... always a joy to see and its service with a smile. She brightens my day no matter what i have going on. I can go on and on with all the staff and this branch. Im still hurt that there is no sat banking hours at any of the branches.. BRING THAT BACK.. I NEED THAT! thanks to all Kevin thomas md
