The new tellers are much better than the ones that used to work there. Great service. I came in today to bring in my coins from my dresser. You won't believe how much money was just sitting there for years. I read recently that they are going to stop minting pennies, so I thought, I better get rid of the ones that I have. Otherwise I just dust the bowl of them every week.
Turned me away with a small bag of coins because they couldn’t finish counting it before close ( an hour and 15 minutes )
Nice people work at the Bell Vista Locations. Other than that this bank does a very poor job. The transactions in your account are constantly Inaccurate and jumping around, disordered. Which gives an inaccurate account balance almost all the time. Your balance will go down, up and back down again all in a matter of hours. This is constant. Then when you have overdraft turned off, the bank will allow your account to be overdrawn and hit you with a very substantial 35 dollar overdraft fee! No warning and no chance to rectify. ... read more
