I have had this bank for 25 yrs even when it was Bank of the Carolinas before taken over by Bank ozk. The employees are the best.They are the whole reason I stay .If you have a problem they are there know who you are and take such good care of you.
I love this bank. They have always had great customer service. I use digital bsnking and I love their platform.
This branch always goes above and beyond. I keep my funds here because they know us by name and the service is excellent.
Very friendly and professional group of people, the best OZK branch around. The only one I go to. Very highly recommended.
