If I could give zero stars, I would. I had one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever encountered at this branch. The employee who assisted me was extremely rude and unprofessional — an older woman with blonde hair — and her attitude made the entire visit uncomfortable. Was in the parking lot 5min before they open at 9 and got told by the manager of this branch, sam sagatchi, to leave the property or she would call the cops. Pretty sure I was being profiled. I called back to complain about her harassment and she told me that people can’t be parked there before hours. Why not tell me this before threatening the cops on me? Unprofessional, rude, heartbreaking and unacceptable. My friend was racially profiled for sitting in this parking lot 5 minutes before opening because she was going to pay a bill before work. She was ambushed by the branch manager and this women threatened her without explanation or question. No one should have to deal with this. We need to be nice to EVERYONE. Would highly recommend going to any other bank and I hope this women is reprimanded and does a moral inventory. You know who you are. DO BETTER, BE BETTER!

We are a small business that took interest in possibly setting up an account here. I have worked with many small business owners/managers and can say whole heartedly that Sam Sagatchi is one of the most unprofessional employees I have ever seen. Come to find out, neighbors on the same street have had the same encounter with her. It’s unfortunate how one bad apple spoils the whole bunch. Luckily there is a chase bank directly across the street that took my services no problem! Thank you chase bank!
