We had a rough start opening our account and were ready to give up, but Sam was truly amazing. Even as we worked through the setup together, she remained patient, understanding, professional, and loving. She genuinely cared and made us feel supported the entire time. I highly recommend her to anyone who may need help.
If I could give zero stars, I would. I had one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever encountered at this branch. The employee who assisted me was extremely rude and unprofessional — an older woman with blonde hair — and her attitude made the entire visit uncomfortable. Was in the parking lot 5min before they open at 9 and got told by the manager of this branch, sam sagatchi, to leave the property or she would call the cops. Pretty sure I was being profiled. I called back to complain about her harassment and she told me that people can’t be parked there before hours. Why not tell me this before threatening the cops on me?
