Evan and the staff at the Harrisburg branch helped me close and open a new Business account with absolutely no headaches. Super kind and helpful all around. Never had a bad experience with them.
Evan was amazing! He took the time to look into solutions for us, was genuine and honest. It was so different and refreshing experience because other banks don’t put the amount of time and care that Evan and his team demonstrated.
This was by far the easiest process to open up a checking and savings account. On February the 26th I made a phone call to the branch in Harrisburg NC. I asked the young lady that answered the phone what were the necessary requirements to open a checking account and a savings account with the Bank of OZK. She informed me that I would need a driver's license and that I would need to be a citizen and that the funding for these accounts would be fifty dollars per account. You can tell this bank is short on employees, but the ones there are always so kind. We worked to open an account with Doug W. and he was so kind, helpful and knowledgeable. I’m not sure what the experience was in another review here, but ours was great. Doug was on the ball to help us and treated us with so much kindness too. You can tell he knows his stuff and really cares about his customers! Thank you Doug and everyone else!
This bank is Terrible. We tried to open a Business Account last week, had all of our information. Doug Wellmon advised us that accounts couldn't be opened the same, but he would call the next day so we could fund it. He finally called at the end of the next to ask a question we had already answered. So, He told us he would call back. Week goes by with NO CALL.
