I just wanted change for a $20 bill I already had Two, $10. Simple request from a bank. Why did I go there? Where else do you go to make change? I was refused as I'm not a member
As a Baby Boomer I prefer going into the bank rather than online banking. I enjoy developing personal relationships with the bank staff. I have had interaction with most all of the staff members at some point. I have met with Mr. Wellmon about 90% of the time . We have formed a cordial as well as professional relationship.
