Put your money elsewhere! Calling customer service is unreliable at best, and the hold times are horrendous. Online banking is a joke. It constantly locks you out for no reason, and getting back into your account is a nightmare. This is the worst bank around.

Was good when it was First National. Now it's just a trash for profit bank. Stick with a credit union, way better rates and service.
Obvious signs of poor management recently. Went by between 6:30am and 7:00am this morning to pull a little cash, withdrawals temporarily unavailable. Stopped back by just before 5:00pm. Withdrawals still unavailable. I called them, they physically didn't have the cash to put into the ATM. A bank physically running out of cash on hand is an obvious sign of poor management.
