Great customer service, 10/10!!!
Put your money elsewhere! Calling customer service is unreliable at best, and the hold times are horrendous. Online banking is a joke. It constantly locks you out for no reason, and getting back into your account is a nightmare. This is the worst bank around.
Been a client for 15+ years. The ladies at the Bessemer City branch always take great care of me!
Kasie is a top notch customer specialist.
Was good when it was First National. Now it's just a trash for profit bank. Stick with a credit union, way better rates and service.
