I have been banking with BANK OZK from past few months at Mckinney Location(Intersection of Custer Rd and Rolater). I am Extremely happy with their services. So the bank manager Tony has decided to lock my account down and hold onto my $207,000. Without even a courtesy call or reasoning why reached out to his supervisor with no response absolutely worst banking ever definitely some shady banking.
