I visited branch for an account issue. Arpita was very thorough with the solution and assisted with account opening how funds can be well utilized. I had to reach out the branch for CD renewals after several months where she presented options which was useful . She is very knowledgeable banking specialist .
Arpita was very helpful, pleasant and a joy to do business with. Have banked at OZK for 14 years and really enjoy everything about this bank.
