Would be nice to have Saturday hours again or even until 6PM on Friday. Makes it difficult to deposit checks that the app can't accept. I work 9-5 myself so can't come when they are open and their night deposit box is useless and out of deposit envelopes and seems to not work anyway. The app works great but as for customer support when you need it, not so much.
This branch lied when I opened an account that I would be able to overdraft after a year and it’s been over a year I am still not able to over draft. I even went to a branch near me and they told me I would be able to overdraft in March and it’s April I’m still able to overdraft. I called this specific branch today and I talked to members at this location and I believe I also talked to the branch manager Evan who told me that I can’t overdraft and they won’t allow me. WOW. I called for information on purchasing foreign currency. I was put on hold for 10 minutes and gave up!
Whenever I go here i send my check or deposit up. The. Wait forever. Most of the people are always new and have no clue what they are doing. Go to a different branch or differ bank.
Weekend hours would give a 5star definitely.
