Great staff and service
Have banked with West Plano branch for 3.5 years. Especially thankful for Stacy Leviano who demonstrates excellent customer service skills. Actually answers her phone, responds quickly to questions & reviews all paperwork. Thank you Stacy for your professionalism!
Just opened four accounts and got a safety deposit box. Not only did they make this easy but also made me feel valued. I didn't get that at my old bank. Shout out especially to Sunaina who was warm and helpful.
