I ran in to this bank because I was across the street at Watters Creek. I wanted to exchange 5 $20's for one $100 bill to give as a gift to a neighbor starting college next week. First, there were 3 tellers there, with no clients at the windows. I was only greeted by one of the tellers, and when I asked her to exchange the $20'S for a $100 bill, she told me to wait as she was helping a driveup customer.
