I came into the bank this morning around 9:15 a.m. on the 26th I spoke with a teller about depositing some change for my grandmother she is 75 years old and disabled plus sick I was treated unfair and disrespected she told me not to get ugly when I told her I know that I'm calling My grandmother to get the information they needed which is her account number and ECT very improfessional and did not appreciate it I was just trying to deposit my grandmother's money please let this be noted so this don't happen to no one else The... read more
I called the bank and it sent me to a call center because they said the bank was busy I drove by the bank while on the phone parking lot completely empty I'll go with a bank I get get ahold of somone in the state .
I agree with a previous post regarding lack of 24/7 helpful services. Pain in the neck. Also what is lacking is a helpful service on-site. They love to act like they are your neighbor or best friend but when you truly need helpful service, it all disappears.
They do not have 24/7 customer service, so if you get a forced password reset (something they don't notify you need to do and seems to happens randomly) you have to wait for the next business CENTRAL time to speak to anyone to fix it. Like why have a brick and mortar bank if I am forced to use an ATM? Why have online services when they only work on banking hours. This is 2023, catch up with society and the world.
I had trouble finding what I needed at another bank, but this one had exactly what I needed. April was extremely helpful and accommodating.
