My parents had CDs with this bank. Before leaving town and knowing one of their notes was coming due, they asked that the note be rolled over and continued at whatever rate was the current standard. Upon returning home, they discovered that their CD rate had gone from 4.26 to .15 for two months, a rate that doesn't exist at even the worst CDs on offer.
