What wonderful experience it was opening an account here . The customer service lady even answered the phone when I called the day before asking if I needed an appointment, and she was friendly as was the bank manager when I met her. Treated me like a friend. And that I had value. Just an excellent branch and experience espionage this day and age. Thank you for being so personable
Very frustrated by the lack of customer service. Definitely not a facility to be trusted with your money at least not the branch on 7202 Manatee Av W Bradenton Fl
Usually I have great interactions with your tellers but today was the worst customer service I have seen at a bank. I would never open an account at this branch with customer service this bad. I never do ratings.... but this one was just wrong.
