Gayle is horrific, I’ll be moving my account since it appears she is the only person I can deal with at this bank (I asked to speak with someone else and she refused).
I spoke with Doug, a private banker exactly one week ago about opening up a special account that can only be done by banking treasury managers. He promised me a call back the next day to discuss next steps. It is exactly one week now and I have not heard from him. Unprofessional is an understatement.
