The bank of ozarks in rome ga is awful. My daughter got behind 89.00 dollars during this pandemic and called them a week ahead of time to tell them it would be the 24th of April before she could pay the main branch number wanted to work with her and had her call her local bank to be told sorry for luck. So today she tried to go back down to pay the money she owed and open an account and they can't take money orders they said. But she opened the account in the beginning with a money order. come on Bank OZK. it has now been 3 weeks since we applied for the payment protection loan. And even though you missed the 1st one. what the hell is going on with the second one.
Please make it a priority to get the outside ATM to have a deposit function. The drive up deposit function on the building isn't sufficient especially if the bank is closed Saturday and Sunday and customers may need to deposit but withdraw and not wait until the next business day for the bank tellers to deposit. Worse if there is a holiday. :-).
