Went to open an account and waited and waited and waited. There were no customers. I asked after waiting for a long time for some help and they said someone would be out to help. After waiting again for a long time and still no customers, I saw 5 bank staff personnel just starring at their computers and one dusting their office. Needless to say I left and went to a different bank. Very frustrating. No customer service.
WORST BANKING EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE!!! The Manager wrote up our CD contract and did not tell us that they would not honor the rate listed right outside on their billboard. We were under the pretense that the billboard listed the correct rate of interest. Never have I ever been treated so disrespected and rude. I have had 3 accounts since 2018. Their clover rep and account was horrible, but i gave them the benefit of doubt since they are a separate entity. Due to their primitive lack of technology, I had to stop business banking with them. OZK bank discriminates worst bank ever not recommended at all! I brought in my SSN, FL DL and my USCIS authorization card I work for the school board of my county and still they wouldn't allow my account because I am Mexican! They said something about having direct deposit and they would give $350 not even that and I had a direct deposit over $1100 they asked for and nothing.
