I love this bank; great friendly staff
Excellent customer service by Parasvi Purohit. She helped us open up a new account and also set up the new locker we signed for. Her approach was thorough and professional and she answered every question / query we had. Truly appreciate the professionalism and service.
This Bank OZK treated us very friendly and efficiently. We opened a CD in the name of a trust. Soraya guided us through the process, which took two days, and kept us informed during the process. Our CD is open and we are very satisfied.
