Margarita is one of the most helpful and professional bank associates I’ve ever had the pleasure of having my business run with through the bank and I’m greatly pleased with all of her other associates as well. OZK is the very best.
Never thought to write a review but due to 4.3 stars I decided to give my 2 cents. I've been banking with ozk and scooter for 6 years. Everytime I've had an issue it was resolved without hesitation in the fastest possible manner. I have never had the ability to speak to a manager as quickly as I could at this office. Talk about an AWESOME experience! Scooter and the staff are the nicest group of people! I went in to close one account and open another, and Scooter had an educated and understandable answer to every question. This bank has great rates and they take the time to really talk with you. All businesses should follow their customer service principles because we would all be happier people! I can not recommend this bank enough! An excellent experience and I thank you!
I strongly advise against opening an account with this bank. After depositing a check—one from a payer whose checks I have successfully deposited before—the bank flagged it as “Possible Fraud.” This triggered a series of events that revealed their disregard for customer service and financial transparency.
