Never thought to write a review but due to 4.3 stars I decided to give my 2 cents. I've been banking with ozk and scooter for 6 years. Everytime I've had an issue it was resolved without hesitation in the fastest possible manner. I have never had the ability to speak to a manager as quickly as I could at this office. I don't always have to, but when I need it, scooter is always on point! The staff have always been great and the welcome is always met with a personal level of appreciation for me being a customer.
