Talk about an AWESOME experience! Scooter and the staff are the nicest group of people! I went in to close one account and open another, and Scooter had an educated and understandable answer to every question. This bank has great rates and they take the time to really talk with you. All businesses should follow their customer service principles because we would all be happier people! I can not recommend this bank enough! An excellent experience and I thank you!
I strongly advise against opening an account with this bank. After depositing a check—one from a payer whose checks I have successfully deposited before—the bank flagged it as “Possible Fraud.” This triggered a series of events that revealed their disregard for customer service and financial transparency. My Bank, Scooter and his team have it dialed in from the time you walk through the door. If you want a local bank where they actually know your name and take the time to speak with you, make you feel like family and not just another customer. This is your bank! Love it!!!
