I absolutely love my local Bank OZK branch. The customer service is outstanding, and the staff consistently make every visit a pleasant experience. Abby and Bre are friendly, efficient and welcoming. They handle transactions quickly while making customers feel valued and appreciated. Dina was wonderful especially when I was exploring CD options.
