Twice in two months the tellers at this location deposited my paycheck into someone else's account even though I wrote my account number on the back of the check. Then when I had to call customer service to have it fixed, the CSR asked me if I could remember what teller it was, what time I had gone to the branch... If I can see all those details on my online banking, on the image of the check I deposited, so can the CSR. Bank of the Ozarks really needs to train their employees better so they not only won't make these mistake... read more
