I absolutely love this bank! The ladies that sit at the front desk are always smiling, very professional, and very knowledgeable of their bank. The Banker I speak of specifically is RESHAE, she is so awesome, very knowledgeable and very helpful. She makes every visit comfortable, swift, and worth coming in to Bank OZK.

RESHAE was not professional and completely wasted my time. I NEEDED to make a deposit because my account was negative. Instead of explaining to me why I couldn’t make the deposit she said I needed to take my checks elsewhere, or bring cash instead. I took time off work to do this!!! I needed that money to go on my account so that my account would not be negative. It’s bad enough I’m not getting paid by my job right now but now I have to jump thru hoops just to make a deposit.
