RESHAE was not professional and completely wasted my time. I NEEDED to make a deposit because my account was negative. Instead of explaining to me why I couldn’t make the deposit she said I needed to take my checks elsewhere, or bring cash instead. I took time off work to do this!!! I needed that money to go on my account so that my account would not be negative. It’s bad enough I’m not getting paid by my job right now but now I have to jump thru hoops just to make a deposit. Love my Bank OZK branch at Markham and Rodney Parham, and especially the branch manager Jessica Files, who always comes through with excellent customer service! In a world where good service is increasingly hard to find, she’s truly a breath of fresh air!
Super helpful and friendly staff.
This location is consistently good, even when they have different tellers. I was having issues with a mistake made by a teller at a different branch, and Kyra at Capitol fixed the issue and was very friendly.
I go in this location every week to cash my paycheck. I always end up with 1 of 2 tellers. One is super sweet and helpful, knows my face. The other one couldn't remember my face if it was painted on her ceiling and any time I have to deal with her it's a hassle. Just do yourself a favor and go to any other location.
