Horrible, if I could give 0 stars it definitely would be 0! Today 5/16/2023 The manager(white guy) was very rude on the phone after I tried to be honest about a transaction(that showed up on the mobile app, didn’t notice it until today)that was done wrong by the female teller(white older woman with the tattoos)two weeks ago 4/28/2023 she was very friendly and helpful with me and my daughter(the manager wasn’t there, she was the only one in the bank at that time )but she was kind rude on 5/15/2023 sitting looking through a ma... read more
Closed out of B of A after decades of use. This Bank of Ozarks on Centrell is outstanding. Customer service above and beyond to include site manager John Carrico and the tellers.
absolutely horrible place to bank with. John is definitely compensating for something with how aggressively he spoke to me. definitely needs to be re trained in customer service. Is absolutely terrible at returning calls and just being a bank manager in general. so often people that are unqualified make it to positions they dont deserve.
