stay away if you care about your time and money. they have zero clue on helping with CD maturities. I have wasted so much time trying to find a helpful person at Bank of OZK. It doesn't exist.

Horrible, if I could give 0 stars it definitely would be 0! Today 5/16/2023 The manager(white guy) was very rude on the phone after I tried to be honest about a transaction(that showed up on the mobile app, didn’t notice it until today)that was done wrong by the female teller(white older woman with the tattoos)two weeks ago 4/28/2023 she was very friendly and helpful with me and my daughter(the manager wasn’t there, she was the only one in the bank at that time )but she was kind rude on 5/15/2023 sitting looking through a ma... read more
