Fabulous location. Mackenzie and now Porsha take care of me. Yesterday, I met Porsha. She did a great job of what can sometimes be complicated for others. She was nice, got the job done quickly. She laughed with me when I failed to use the rock to hold down papers. Even coming to my car since I am disabled. Both She and MacKenzie are banking stars. I also met Casey, with the awesome accessories. She helped with the "lost" papers.
Ava was professional and friendly. She was knowledgeable concerning the accounts that OZK Bank offered. She was a delight to work with.
Worst location- apparently corporate feels this location counting is not up to standards.
Shamika Nelson is a great banker. She handled every detail perfectly and made me feel welcome. With professionals like her, I'll keep my business at OZK.
