This is a great little bank in Lockhart Texas. I've had my CD's with this bank for about three years now; they always have the best CD rates in the Lockhart, San Marcos, New Braunfels area. They always seem to have the same staff, and they all seem to be very friendly and helpful. I mostly deal with Krystal; she's always in a good mood and very easy to work with.
Brenda has taken care of my banking needs easily and completely and always enjoyably, I could not ask for more or better service and help.
Customer service from drive thru teller and branch manager was less than desirable. Their information is was correct and their word choice makes it easier to refuse service. I would not recommend this location for anyone new to the area or with less than “deep pockets”. Losing my business will not bother this institution, but it WILL make me happier. #endgoalaccomplished
Easy to deal with and super friendly people.
My parents have banked with this bank for as long as I can remember. I also bank with them now too. The staff is amazing and its just all around a great place.
