I don't bank here but my latest interaction insured that I never will. I paid $4 to use their ATM which did not give me the option to select bill denomination. I pulled over to the drive through to exchange smaller bills for larger ones and was told they can't change my bills because I don't have an account there. Absurd.
Excellent customer service and the convenience of multiple locations in our city is great. Bank OZK feels like the trusted local community bank that you can't find anywhere else these days.
