Someone is actively trying to open an account under my name, I went to the branch where I opened the account and the manager there found the fraud account and closed it. My account is supposed to be restricted from any activity unless I give the okay. I tried to use my debit card and it declined, I found out this other person called and reported my card lost, so my cards are inactive and apparently they sent a new card to the scammers address without checking with me to make sure it was really me. I work as an office administrator for a local business. I visit this bank location on Alcoa road several times a week to make deposits, and Tristan is always EXTREMELY helpful, kind, and quickly assists me every time I stop by. I hope that whomever his boss or manager is that oversees their office reads my review and gives this hard working gentleman a raise or customer service bonus. He deserves it!

I've had accounts at probably 5 different banks Over the years and am definitely most pleased with ozk. Any time(or every time I have) I call(ed) with a problem they have handled it to my benefit. Removed overdraft fees for me, and helped with my business in multiple ways. I also have a certain contact I can contact directly that knows me and is well familiar with me which helps expedite problems tremendously. Obviously there are some problems buts can't have your ice cream and eat it too.
