They never cancelled my old card so I was still being charged for stuff that should have stopped if they had done there job. I was told it was my fault by the manager of the bank. She even yelled at me as I tried to explain my point of view! Highly unprofessional! Someone from the Yazoo branch said he would figure things out and here we are weeks later with no call back! I will be changing banks asap! Do not use them?
Misty Edwards and her staff work tirelessly to help customers! I am grateful to have found a bank where they genuinely care about their customers and want to help them achieve their goals! They have provided us with a business loan at a great rate, and even helped our daughter get a car and establish credit. I highly recommend them!
