Just returned to the states, retired military and refused an account because I didn't have a US drivers license. They lost this customer before they got me.
Been banking with them for almost 20 years. They aren't helpful. If you lose your bank card in another state they only send it to your home. How am I gonna get there. This and other things have made me change to better banks. Just cause they are local doesn't mean better. Rude over the phone as well every time I call they got an attitude for no reason
They know me when I walk in the door. That's a bank I like... They know me and I know them...
