This bank is one of the most untrustworthy organizations I have ever worked with. Here are the facts of my transaction: 1. A loan officer prequalified me saying that I met all requirements of the loan and was optimistic that I would be approved 2. I submitted an application and was consistently ignored and lied to about the status of processing and appraisal ordering, this went on for weeks 3.
