This bank is the most unhelpful place of business I have ever had the displeasure of working with. I dont bank here but my tribe does. The staff member I spoke with had a tone of condescension and seemed to be bothered by me. I will never do business with this place again and will file a complaint with my tribe about their lack of empathy and helpfulness. I hope they don't treat all people of color this way.
