My friend is currently homeless and needs cash to get a room for tonight. He took a paycheck to Bank of Utah because the company banks with them and asked to cash it there. They treated him like he was doing something suspicious and told him he couldn’t cash the check there because he didn’t have an account with them. Even though the company did, and they could easily look up their account to ensure there was enough money to cover the check. I don’t recommend this bank to anyone.
Great customer service. They are kind and understanding of mistakes. They go above and beyond what any bank has ever done for me.
This is the best bank! The customer service is incredible. Always friendly and quick service. Edwin is the best!
I can't even express how incredible the people who work at Providence Bank of Utah. The service here is phenominal! I tell everyone I know that they should bank at this bank and this branch. Ruth Bigger and Kris Andreason have both gone out of their way to help me so many times I can't count. Just really wonderful people.!!!
