Very efficient. Kim , and Katy run my Business and Personal accounts with service only possible in a community Bank .
With a new system these guys were patient and a ton of help! They did great and their customer service is amazing. They do their best to solve any issue that arises as soon as they are able to. Great team!
I love my branch manager. Whenever I have a concern Kim will drop what she is doing to assist me. The same is true of the manager of the Providence Branch. This is real community banking.
Just a horrible bank. Over draft fees on everything, Hours suck aren’t open on Saturday . Could never make it in to add funds because of their hours ! can’t make deposits thru ATM . Rude people that work there especially the one in Logan. I do not recommend unless you like being over charged on everything. Switched to Chase and much happier . Also the direct deposit wouldn’t hit till like 7am . Chase hits at 1205am . Don’t deal with small banks . They don’t have the financial pockets that bigger banks do. Oh the app is compl... read more
