Great people, the way a bank should be.
First time in a Bank of Us branch, and I couldn't recommend them enough. Great, friendly customer service and they couldn't help me enough, such a positive atmosphere when I walked in. I have now moved over to Bank of Us as a customer and so far all I have had is a positive experience and you can notice the difference compared to just coming away from a customer of one of the 'Big 4 banks'. Highly recommended!
Been doing business with them for 21 yrs. Seen some changes of staff as people grow old, retire or move on to new ventures. Always have impeccable service from them and the staff are a credit to their business. Wouldn’t consider anywhere else.
