Bank of Us (Devonport) - Their coin counting machine was out of order. I had a lot of coins destined for our business account. They informed me I would be charged 5% for them to count my coins! Really?! Why do I get charged when their machine has broken down? Speaking of service, I got none. Community bank? Rubbish! Time for a change.
There all good until you go to discharge a loan and then their true colours come out!
I was in an unfortunate situation last week & received great support from the amazing people I spoke with on the phone.
