The absolute worst banking experience I have had is always with this one branch , there customer service is completely horrible, I waited 27 minutes in line on Friday to deposit a check , and then they closed and she gets on the intercom and goes you didn’t make it in time , i Waited 27 minutes in line , if you can’t handle traffic flow or the the amount of people either extended your hours or actually get people that know what they’re doing , I will be back Monday probably 3 hours before close , just in case and close my ac... read more
I love this bank ,there's usually not a long wait time in the drive thru but occasionally there's a 10 min wait if everyone has the same idea to run by the bank
